Very close to the ski area.
Rooms were very loud and staff was unhelpful.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that it is close to the ski mountain, and the beds are soft. Besides that it is a terrible hotels. The building is so old that you can hear everything happening next door, above your room, and in the hallway. We requested a room change for the second night and they were not able to accommodate us. The only thing they did do was knock off the bogus $20 hotel service fee, which I was not made aware of before booking the room. ...read more

The location to the mountain.
Location, size, smell, and cleanliness of room.

Bed was awful. Worst three nights sleep ever. Room was noisy, dirty shower liner. Coffee shop was supposed to open at 7:00 am, each day we were there it opened around 8:00 am. Food was mediocre at best, often served luke-warm but extremely expensive. We paid $17 dollars for an average GLASS of wine. I will never ever stay there again. ...read more

Great location, directly in front of the lifts; rooms were very tidy and service was great.
The hallways were narrow, the walls were a bit thin, the $20 fee/day, not all parking is covered.

I stayed here during the week for 3 nights. The service staff was excellent, the restaurant staff was great (i'd recommend eating the pesto dish for dinner)! The hallways are a little stuffy, the stairs are creaky and the elevators are old. The room was cozy (not a lot of open space), the bed and soft pillows were excellent. ...read more

Closeness to mountain.
Hard beds, small room, resort fee .

Close to mountain, but nothing else, bus only comes ever hour to hotel so plan on driving yourself to village every night if you want to do something. Beds are hard, not a 3 star hotel by far.
